E-Z Stick Applicator Instructions

• Insert roll of E-Z STICK onto support pin of holding assembly with non-adhesive side up.
• Remove dispenser cover to string Tape through water bath.
• Tape is first inserted through top opening nearest roll holding assembly, then down under flange on bottom of cover, and then up through exit opening.
• Tape is now ready to apply to wallboard seams.
• If there is a 1-2 minute delay in continuously applying Tape, discard that portion of the Tape that was suspended in water bath before starting to apply again. Some of the adhesive on the Tape will dissolve when suspended in water bath, which will cause Tape to lose some of its tack.
• If you see a bubble appear on the Tape as it dries, this means the area of the Tape where the bubble occurs did not get sufficient water. Peal back the bubble area of the Tape to wet it and then push it back down with your hand.
• Remove cover from base assembly at the end of the day and thoroughly clean applicator to remove any adhesive build-up that occurs.
